Following Odell Beckham Jr.’s negative COVID-19 test, the Browns have listed him as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Steelers with an illness.Cleveland sent Beckham home with an unknown illness on Thursday and he remained away from the team’s facility on Friday due to COVID-19 protocols.”He got some good work Wednesday, [and] he’s been in meetings virtually,” coach Kevin Stefanski said of Beckham. “I think there’s enough time to catch him up, barring his health.”Stefanski added that Beckham can return to practice on Saturday with another negative test. The Browns will weigh their travel options for the three-time Pro Bowler, including driving him to Pittsburgh to keep him separated from the team.The Browns (4–1) will travel to Pittsburgh to play the Steelers (4–0) in an AFC North clash on Sunday. Beckham has contributed to their strong start by catching 21 passes for 294 yards and three touchdowns while adding 72 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown.On Thursday, NFL chief medical officer Dr. Allen Sills said teams will start to be more cautious with sick players who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms as cold and flu season approaches. Stefanski told reporters the same day that Beckham “was feeling under the weather, so we sent him home out of an abundance of caution.”Kickoff for Sunday’s game is set for 1 p.m. ET.
